  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: All digital products, including IT subscription services, software, and eBooks, are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link, access credentials, or activation key, depending on the nature of the product.
  • Physical Products: If you purchase physical items such as hardware or printed materials, we will deliver the items to the address provided during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: These are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment. If you don’t receive your digital product within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at zsitsolutions78@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Physical Products: For physical products, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method. We generally process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on the destination.
    Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: No shipping charges apply, as all products are delivered electronically.
  • Physical Products: Shipping costs for physical products will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the shipping cost before completing your order.

4. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery to most locations in Pakistan. For international delivery, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping availability and costs.

5. Tracking Your Order

For physical product orders, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or if you are unavailable to receive the package, the carrier may make a second delivery attempt or hold the package at a nearby collection point. Please ensure your contact information and shipping address are correct during checkout.

If we receive a notification from the carrier that the delivery failed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or address.

7. Refunds and Replacements

  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: Once a digital product has been delivered and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or not as described. If you experience issues with accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
  • Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. In the case of a lost package, please notify us as soon as possible.
